Job Profile
A senior position to lead interactive strategy, business development, and relationship management for Mumbai office (HO). Build and Manage team of Account Managers and BizDev managers to achieve revenue targets and client delight across website development, online advertising, social marketing, web 2.0 etc. Keep track of new and future trends to help develop competence and business models in new areas.
- A dyed-in-wool new media professional with at least 8-10 years’ experience in the industry, at least some of it on the agency/consulting side.
- Completely web-savvy and solid understanding of web development life cycle, web analytics and ROI.
- Technically aware, though programming knowledge not required.
- Up-to-date with current and future interactive marketing opportunities and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Experience in managing people and revenue targets.
Qualifications
A full-time MBA from a reputed institute
Experience
Experience in handling interactive marketing campaigns and projects (web site development, online marketing and advertising, multimedia development) is essential. Additional experience in any communications field would be very handy.
